• Any additional work requested after approval may result in additional charges.
   

Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

• Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.
   

Installation & Project Completion

DOMO-TECH LTEE will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays caused by weather conditions, supplier issues, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
 

Warranty & Liability

Warranty terms may vary depending on the product or service provided.

The warranty does not cover:

• misuse or improper handling

• unauthorized modifications or repairs

• accidental damage

• natural wear and tear

• damage caused by external factors or power fluctuations

DOMO-TECH LTEE shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, damages, or interruptions caused by misuse, system failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• ensuring safe and accessible work areas
